TEAM SIGN-UP CLOSES MAY 13!
We hope to send teams in both divisions. You will need to be able to travel and participate both days. Hopefully there will be some drivers as we will need to take all our gear. There are billeting options and there are some motels near to the venue.
Times: Saturday 12pm-6pm, followed by BBQ; Sunday 9am-1pm, preceded by pancake breakfast (food included in costs).
Costs: $75 per person. Every participant needs to be a member of the ACA for insurance. We will register as teams once we are organized!
(Note that the organizer will share details of the location later as it is a private venue not to be disseminated openly.)
*IMPORTANT: The registration deadline is *May 19*, so we are cutting off our sign-ups on *May 13* so we can form our teams. Please express your commitment to playing in this tourney by signing up here.*
